Indian head massage is a form of massage that focuses on the face, head, neck, ears, shoulders, upper back and upper arms which are important energy centers within the body. Indian head massage involves using a variety of massage techniques including deep kneading, friction, tapping and hacking and compression movements over the neck, shoulder, scalp, slight hair pulling, ears and facial areas that tap into your “chakras” or paths of energy and encourage healing and balance in your whole body.
